New agreement gives active RVTAA and NRVIA members enhanced search visibility on RV Help

Athens, Texas – RV Help, the Recreational Vehicle Technician Association of America (RVTAA), and the National Recreational Vehicle Inspectors Association (NRVIA) have entered into a formal partnership agreement. The agreement’s overarching goal is to connect more RV owners with professionals who have invested in education, standards, accountability, and continued professional development.
The three independent organizations have worked together since January 2025, when RV Help launched and the RVTAA’s technician locator was redirected to the new platform, with the organizations coordinating closely on the transition. RV Help’s technical expertise elevated the pin locator from a simple service-provider directory into a full marketplace where RV owners can book services through a mobile app and providers gain access to back-office software that helps them run their businesses. RV Help refers thousands of jobs per month to certified technicians and inspectors nationwide. The new agreement formalizes the ongoing relationship between the organizations and solidifies a commitment to enhanced visibility for active RVTAA and NRVIA association members improving upon the original pin locator model.
Enhanced Visibility for Certified Professionals
Under the new agreement, service providers listed on RV Help who hold active certification through the RVTAA or NRVIA receive enhanced visibility in search results. Their business listings also highlight their active membership status, giving RV owners a clear trust signal when choosing a technician or inspector.
“This collaboration creates meaningful value for our members through placing the appropriate value on their certification and active membership by enhancing their status in search results while making it easier for RV owners to find trusted professionals,” said Shenika Lyons, Director of the RVTAA. “By providing greater visibility to individuals who are active members of RVTAA and NRVIA, RV Help is recognizing their commitment to continued education, professionalism, and serving the RV community. It is an exciting step toward connecting more RV owners with the qualified technicians and inspectors they need.”
Supporting the Next Generation of RV Professionals

The partnership also opens the door to new ways of supporting technicians and inspectors as they build their businesses. In November 2025, RV Help facilitated a hands-on training by Keystone RV at the National RV Training Academy in Athens, Texas, where Keystone brought two brand new rigs to the school and had their team members train RV technicians on specific components of those units. RV Help is excited about the potential to help facilitate more manufacturer trainings like this as a benefit to RVTAA and NRVIA members.
RV Help is also exploring ways to connect with technicians and inspectors while they are still in training, including plans to meet with graduating cohorts to introduce the platform, the business software available to providers, and the process for handling RV warranty claims that come through RV Help. The goal is for new technicians and inspectors to graduate ready to start taking jobs and confident in running every part of their business, from marketing to customer communication.
“RV technicians and inspectors have the opportunity to build businesses that let them travel full time or seasonally, because RV Help connects them with RV owners wherever they go,” said Heath Padgett, CEO of RV Help. “The RVTAA and NRVIA share our commitment to helping these professionals succeed as independent small business owners. This partnership is a natural fit, and it strengthens our ability to give RV owners access to a nationwide network of highly qualified service providers they can trust.”
