HOW TO ORDER
To order fluid analysis supplies (sample kits, pumps, and tubing), please visit JG Lubricant Services online store. If you are looking to purchase fleet products (in bulk, etc.) then please visit their online fleet store. Note: Fleet kits (10-packs) do not come with tubing, so you’ll need to add tubing to your order or purchase separately. JG Lubricant Services recommends you carry both tubing sizes JGTU02 (1/4″ diameter) and JGTU103 (3/16″ diameter).
As a member of NRVIA, you can receive a discount on certain kits within the stores by using various coupon codes. Click here to download the most current list of available codes issued by JG Lubricant Services.
NEW RUSH SHIPPING FEE on KIT Orders: Any kit order submitted to JG Lubricants that is requested to be fulfilled faster than their standard processing time will incur an additional $50 charge plus the increased cost of shipping to expedite the order. Do NOT wait until you have a customer requesting fluid analysis to order your kits. Be sure and have on hand enough kits to fulfill 2 or 3 full inspection orders at all times. Use the discounts that JG Lubricant provides so you an keep inventory on hand and not need rush shipments.
Canadian Residents: Canadian testing is now available through a lab in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. All orders, within the Canadian Provinces, will ship from and be processed by the Edmonton lab. All NRVIA samples, within the Canadian Provinces, must returned to the Edmonton lab for processing. The lab address will be shown in the test kit as JG Lubricant Services Lab, 5140 75th Street, Edmonton, Alberta Canada T6E 6W2. Unfortunately, Canada is not yet setup on JG Lubricant’s online store; so, NRVIA inspectors will need to order directly from Barney Gerdts. Barney can be reached by cell phone at (317 445-0754 or at our toll free number at 877-971-9977 (Ext 1, for Sales).
If you need help, please visit JG Lubricant Services’ website for how to reach them. NRVIA inspectors have only (2) choices for their samples: RECREATIONAL VEHICLE or AUTOMOTIVE. Inspectors should write “Application is Recreational Vehicle” on the comments line if samples are from a motorized (Classes A, B and C) motorhome. Or, if they are sampling either a personal vehicle (family or friends cars and/or pickup trucks) or a tow vehicle, then they should write “Application is Automotive” on the comments line. Note: If you have an account on file with JG Lubricant Services already that begins in JGLUBR-0007, then your samples will automatically be processed as Recreational Vehicle. You’ll need to indicate if the samples are non-RV by following the above instruction.
RV Component IDs for Fluid Paperwork – to standardize Component IDs and to conserve the VIN# as the primary means of identifying RV fluid samples, JG Lubricant Services has established the following “Preferred Component ID” structures. NRVIA inspectors are instructed to begin identifying fluid samples by using the Component ID structures as shown below. Inspectors are requested to begin using these Component ID structures beginning September 1, 2017. Note: Secondary Component IDs should reflect the RV model year, make (mfr) and model.
Fluid Analysis can be an easy way to boost the fee you charge your client, and a fantastic return of investment for your customer! Download the following PDF handouts to provide to your customers when you’re offering them Fluid Analysis.
RUSHED SAMPLING – If your client is in a hurry and needs the fluid sample reports immediately, consider having the lab rush the processing time. You can either do this on the paper forms or through Horizon Online Sample Submission. All rush requests will be automatically approved. You can either check RUSH on the paper form or check RUSH on your Horizon Online Sample Submission (computer or smartphone). Rush fees will be charged at the end of each month to each inspector who requested rushed samples. Your card on file will be charged or you’ll receive an invoice to pay immediately. The price is $30 per sample, so please keep this in mind when setting your prices for your customers. Note: Once rush processing is requested, it cannot be unrequested as approvals are automatic and samples will be placed on RUSH status immediately.
